All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
• For orders below the free shipping limit, standard delivery charges may apply.

4. Packaging
All Meecookies products are packed with care using food-safe and quality packaging materials. We take proper care to reduce breakage and maintain freshness during delivery. However, slight breakage may occur during transit due to the delicate nature of cookies.

5. Delivery Address
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Phone number
• House/flat number
• Street/locality
• City
• State
• Pincode
Meecookies will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on availability. Customers can use the tracking details to check the shipment status.

7. Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to deliver every order on time, delays may happen due to:

8. Damaged or Missing Package
If your package is received in a damaged condition or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the package
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Delivery proof, if available
Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly as per our store policies.

9. International Shipping
Currently, Meecookies does not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
